TERMS and CONDITIONS
Henna cones/paste will be posted between Monday and Thursday (excluding bank holidays), except the rest of the items, which can be posted on Fridays as well. Please note that all orders have a 2-3 working days turnaround time, so please order well in advance to avoid any disappointments.
The prices of all the products are including postage and packaging. All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail First class Signed/Recorded For, which takes 1-2 working days to deliver.
We are not responsible for packages not delivered by the Royal Mail. Autumnhenna is not responsible for damaged, stolen, lost or items shipped to wrong addresses.
We are also not responsible for slow delivery by the Royal Mail.
For Urgent or last minute orders, please tick the Special Delivery button, which is guaranteed by 1pm next working day, and those orders will be posted within next 24 hrs of placing the order (Only available between Monday to Thursday).
Please make sure you give us the correct address. If your address is wrong and you do not receive your package because of it, then you will have to purchase another item(s) along with shipping, as we are not responsible for this error.
For UK bulk orders please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All orders between 3kg – 15kg gross weight will be posted via APC Overnight for next day delivery.
All International Orders will be posted as Tracked and Signed For.
Autumnhenna is not responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc. that can be required by your country for importing goods. We do not collect this information before hand as it varies worldwide. We highly recommend our customer to please do detailed research before placing an order.
Autumnhenna are not responsible for any reaction or health issue caused by use of our henna products. Check all listed ingredients listed for each product (available on listing page) for any possible allergens.
All henna products on this website are natural products, however, all facts, details and suggestions on our website are provided for information purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, prescribe or replace the advice of professionals.
Natural products are not medication, and we only make recommendations for the suitability of certain aliments and conditions. Any recommendations accepted by the buyer are entirely at the buyer’s risk.
By purchasing with us, you accept responsibility to check with a qualified professional, GP or practitioner with any uncertainties you may have, especially if you are pregnant or under medical conditions.
Autumnhenna is not responsible for any issue or reaction caused by neglecting to check allergies or medical issues of you or the person you are applying henna to. We always strongly suggest doing a patch test 24 hrs prior to the application to see if your skin reacts to any one of the ingredients.
By buying from us, you also understand that even though most natural ingredients are not harmful, essential oils in particular can cause sensitivity to individuals, and therefore Autumnhenna cannot be held responsible in such circumstances.
Autumnhenna accepts no responsibility for incorrect use of information of our products.
Postal Henna cones: Due to the perishable nature of these goods, there are a no returns and no refund policy on fresh made henna cones. If you do not follow the storage instructions henna will demise and start to leak – this indicates that you have not read your instructions card, so to avoid any mishap, please read all instructions carefully
Local Collection of Henna Cones: Orders for local collection will not be fully refunded if they are not collected within a day. A 50% partial refund will only be given, excluding the collection charge if you wish to get a refund. This is due to the perishable nature of the item, henna cones are made on request, and so if you fail to pick up the item, there will only be a partial refund.
Dry goods: Unopened items are accepted for returns, however buyer bares return postage costs and risks a no refund if the item has not been delivered safely back to me. (First Class recorded/Signed for is recommended). Opened items are not accepted for returns or refunds.
If an item has been damaged in transit, it will first be assessed before any replacement is given, this should be reported on the same day the order arrives, and otherwise a replacement may not be offered. Results from products will vary from person to person; therefore refunds will not be given on items if the result is not as expected, as results can depend on many factors out of our control.
Lost orders should be reported at least 4 days after order has been sent.
An order is classified as wholesale by Autumnhenna Ltd when either £150 or over before shipping is spent by the customer or 10 kilograms in weight of the product
Once the order is signed for and received it is declared the property of the customer. As such the customer has a reduced time of 7 days in accordance with distance selling law in which to inform Autumnhenna if they wish to return the product(s). After the 7 days period has expired or the customer has opened part of the purchase or part of the purchase has been re-sold then Autumnhenna is unable to accept any return or exchanges.
Autumnhenna is not in any way liable for refunds, returns or exchanges for products where the product is re-sold by a customer of Autumnhenna.
Wholesale products that are returned are subject to 10% re-stocking fee in all cases plus all shipping fees involved from the supplier to Autumnhenna and all carriage forward.
